Adams Bros (Victory Tours) 8019 LJ) at the Post House, Histon, Cambridge – 26 May 1989 (86-9)
Friday 26 May 1989 - Adams Bros (Handley) Limited traded as Victory Tours and was based in Sixpenny Handley in north east Dorset.

This smart Jonckheere Bermuda bodied Mercedes-Benz O 303 is seen at the Post House Hotel at Histon near Cambridge spending the night whilst operating a ‘Great Britain Heritage Tour’ on behalf of Atlantic Tours of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The tour departed Halifax on Monday 15 May arriving Heathrow Airport the following morning. The overnight stops made on the tour were at Stratford-upon-Avon, Chester (two nights), Windermere, Edinburgh (Scotland) (for two nights), York, Cambridge and London (three nights). A day tour from Chester took the passengers into Wales thus covering the three countries of Great Britain.

The array of flags on the front dashboard includes the Canadian flag and the provincial flag of Nova Scotia, featuring a shield and saltire.

As for the coach which carries the registration 8019 LJ, this coach may have originally been registered BBD 858X that was a known vehicle of this type new to Adams in April 1982.
