Lodge's Coaches FFS 867 at High Easter - 24 Mar 2019 (P1000633)

Sunday 24 March 2019 – Lodge’s Coaches has a small museum alongside its main garage in the village of High Easter, Essex.On display is FFS 867, a Burlingham Baby Seagull bodied Bedford OB. Originally delivered to Scottish Motor Traction in 1947 it had SMT bodywork on the traditional style ‘normal control’ (driver behind the engine) layout of a Bedford OB. In 1953 the chassis was altered and the driving position placed alongside the engine. It was re-bodied by Burlingham at that time.
