Thursday 22 March 2018 (1330) – ‘Hunstanton fast!’ reads the destination display on Lynx (Coastal Red Limited) 50 (UWW 2X) seen loading at King’s Lynn bus station. The 1335 service 36 continues through to Wells-next-the-Sea (1458) on what might be a school bus positioning journey. From King’s Lynn to Hunstanton the journey takes about 35 minutes compared with 50 minutes by the regular services. The bus is an Optare Spectra bodied DAF, parked in. I believe this bus may have been new to Ipswich Buses in September 2000 registered X153 LBJ.
