August 1990 – Chamonix Bus 29 (4107 SE 74), a Kässbohrer-Setra S215 SL, seen in the centre of Chamonix. This square (Place de l’Eglise?) was the main departure point with overhead boards indicating the departure stands for the different services. The square has totally changed and is now mainly pedestrianised, so the buses no longer leave from here. The driver of bus 29 chats before working the 1600 service to Argentiere and Le Tour to the north east of the town.
