Friday 13 June 2008 (1247) - Neoplan bus SZ 62333 carrying the ‘Gemeindebus Freienbach’ livery seen from the railway station platform at Pfäffikon (SZ) – (SZ = Canton Schwyz). The local municipality of Freienbach, which includes Pfäffikon, employs a contractor to work two local bus services from Pfäffikon railway station. Service 188 runs to Roggenacker, a 6 minute journey, and service 189 (on which this bus is operating) to Richterswil via Freienbach and Bäch which takes 21 minutes. I believe the contractor is Landolt Transporte of Pfäffikon (www.landolt.ch ), primarily a truck and construction equipment company. Their logo appears above the rear licence plate (black lettering on red background).
