DSCF8819 Stagecoach East (Cambus) 15200 (YN64 ANU) at Orchard Park (Busway) - 10 Apr 2015

Friday 10 April 2015 (1124) - Stagecoach East (Cambus Limited) 15200 (YN64 ANU) seen from the front upper deck seat of 15458 (AE09 GYF) on the Orchard Park spur of the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway. The spur from the main track of the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway towards the B1049 road (Cambridge Road/Kings Hedges Road junction) via Orchard Park is a non guided private right of way. 15200 was about to leave the private road and join Kings Hedges Road itself. Both buses are Alexander Dennis Enviro400 bodied Scania N230UDs, 15200 new in November 2014 and 15458 new in March 2009 and both were working service B into Cambridge. 15200 had worked from Peterborough (0921) and was running about 15 minutes late in part by busy market day traffic in St. Ives. 15458 was working the 1041 service B from Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon and, because 15200 had picked up all the waiting passengers down the line, had had a fairly clear run catching it up by Orchard Park.
