Thetford's new bus station - photo 7

The new bus station opened in the Norfolk town of Thetford on Sunday 1 March 2015.

Buses and coaches will have first travelled down St Nicholas Street and taken a right hand bend to enter Minstergate (at the far end of the street in this photograph). The bus station entrance is to the left between the wall and building.

The round topped industrial building is the original paint shop of Charles Burrell and Sons - the company built traction engines, agricultural machinery, steam trucks wagons and tram engines - and now houses the Burrell Museum.
