Ragwort - totally irresponsible farming

Ragwortis one of the five noxious weeds listed under The Weeds Act. It is an offence to permit its spread to neighbouring fields containing livestock or which is used for the production of foodstuff for livestock.
The Scottish equivalent of DEFRA charged with enforcing its control, SGRPID has failed to take any effective action - matter now escalated to Minister for rural Affairs - our local MP!
