"Roi platane" sur la Place de la Liberté est entré dans l’histoire

Agé d’env. 170 ans, avec ses 20 m de haut et ses 6 m de circonférence, il a été labellisé "arbre remarquable de France". Ses racines sons immergées dans la rivière qui passe sous cette place, au cœur du village, face à la célèbre abbaye de Gellone. C'est à Saint Guilhem-le-Désert.

THE "KING PLANE TREE" ON THE PLACE DE LA LIBERTE HAS GONE DOWN IN HISTORY. At around 170 years old, with a height of 20 m and a circumference of 6 m, it has been designated a "remarkable tree in France". Its roots are immersed in the river that runs beneath this square in the heart of the village, opposite the town's famous abbey Gellone. It is in Saint Guilhem-le-Désert.

Die ca. 170 Jahre alte Platane mit einer Höhe von 20 m und einem Umfang von 6 m wurde mit dem Label "bemerkenswerter Baum Frankreichs“ ausgezeichnet. Seine Wurzeln liegen im Fluss, der unter diesem Platz im Herzen des Dorfes fliesst, gegenüber der berühmten Abtei Gellone. Es ist in Saint Guilhem-le-Désert.
