Scorpaenichthys marmoratus (Cabezon)
Three Mile Reef, San Nicolas Island, Ventura County, California
Cabezon come in a variety of colors, this one is the red variation. The feather like things to the right of it's face are Aglaophenia struthionides (Ostrich-plumed Hydroid).
depth: 80 feet (24 meters)
