It's so interesting to see the concentration just before landing, and look at the feet! The dove is lining it all up for a perfect landing! A superb shot Doug. Beautifully timed.

Thanks very much for the visit and kind comment Rosa. When you think about the calculations involved; rate of decent, speed, angle of attack of the wings, wind direction etc. it is quite remarkable how birds do this without the aid of a very expensive flight control system computer!
