The Kuhstall (cowshed), an 11 meter high (36 ft), 17 meter (55.7 ft) wide and 24 meter long (78.7 ft) rock gate in Saxon Switzerland.
The name probably originated during the Thirty Years' War (1618 to 1648), when the inhabitants of the region hid their cattle in the wide rock gate from the Swedish soldiers.
