Müsste man mal ausrechnen, welches Gebäude den Aushub des Elbtowers fasst.

Kann man ja ausrechnen. 130.000 Kubikmeter Erdaushub waren es beim Elbtower.
Aber so ein "Durchschnittliches" Hochhaus würde wohl genügen.
Aber wo würden 600.000 Kubikmeter Erdaushub hineinpassen?!
