We raise a couple of poddy lambs every year, and kill them at 10 months for the freezer. This year we had to kill them at 8 months as we just didn't have enough grass to support them and the two cows. Our wonderful mobile butcher Agan Hengstberger came over to do the job, while Ad helped in order to learn how it's done.
