guinea fowl training coop
For the fourth time, we are trying to establish a flock of guinea fowl on our farm. This time we raised the keets in a cage inside the blueberry/strawberry cage as double-escape plus anti-fox proofing. They are two months old now, so we have relocated the guinea coop to the top of the berry cage. This will hopefully (1) train them to roost high, and (2) accustom them to living on our farm. We released two, and will release two more each week until all 12 are out.
