Markus and the pig's head

I got a leg of lamb out of the big freezer but when it had thawed we realised it was, in fact, a pig's head sawn in half. I cannot remember why we would have put that in the freezer, but we didn't want to waste it either. Markus chopped it in half and it was a big distracting dog treat to keep Coco and Elvis happy while we all spent a long day at Phillip Island.
