Heute Vormittag haben wir den Gartenbau Liebers besucht. Neben eigenen Gartenbauprodukten, Gemüse und Kräutern und vielen andern Dingen werden dort in einem Hofladen auch andere Bio-Produkte befreundeter Betriebe verkauft. Wir habe diese Kräuterseitlinge, Rote und Bunte Bete und noch ein paar andere Produkte erstanden.

These are not oyster mushrooms. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleurotus_ostreatus. They're herb side pieces en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleurotus_eryngii. My wife sliced them very thinly and fried them in butter until crispy.
