Honigbiene beim Nektar abpumpen
Neulich in der MDR Gartensendung habe ich folgendes gelernt: Die Blüten der Akelei werden von den Hummeln bestäubt. Diese haben einen längeren Rüssel um Nektar zu saugen als Bienen. Deshalb sind sie für diese Blüten prädisteniert, da sich der Nektar in den oberen Spitzen der Blüte befindet. - Nun sind die Bienen aber nicht doof, denn sie wollen ja auch an den süßen Saft. Also bohren sie die Blüte einfach von außen an und pumpen eben da ab, wie im PIP sehr schön zu sehen ist. ;-)
