Church of Den Hoorn
A very popular object on Texel, the reformed church of Den Hoorn, the vernacular calls it the "white church".
The white church, the pride of Den Hoorn, was built in 1425. The church tower was also used as a lighthouse for shipping.
The church of Den Hoorn surprises with its proportions: The tower seems too big for the nave.

Was für eine erstaunliche Kirche. Es scheint mit Erweiterungen zu verschiedenen Zeiten gebaut worden zu sein. Sie sagen, die Kirche wurde 1425 erbaut, aber Sie können 1646 in Ziegeln auf dieser Seite des Gebäudes sehen. Ich liebe die beiden PiPs, die den weißen Turm zeigen. Wundervolle Fotos.

Is dit de stad Hoorn, waar Den Hoorn een andere stad is? Ik ging naar Hoorn in 1995.
