LABYRINTH
You look at the distance that fills the labyrinth
Of your own body
And you don't feel its complicity,
Arbitrary you think of
Your own body
As a line, one perch,
On the little toe,
So long,
Certainly you feel the pain and the brightness of a thoughful body,
Distracting you from the wind living outside,
The desire, the shadow, the desert,
Of this body, accomplice, anodyne,
So thoughtful, mirror body.

LABIRINTO
Olhas a distância que preenche o labirinto
Do teu próprio corpo
E não o sentes cúmplice,
Arbitrário te surge o pensar
O teu próprio corpo
Como uma linha, um poiso,
No dedo mínimo do pé,
Tão longo,
Decerto sentes a dor e o brilho, desse corpo tão pensado,
Distraindo-te do vento que vive fora de ti,
O desejo, a sombra , o deserto,
Desse corpo, cúmplice, anódino,
Tão pensado, corpo espelho.

each page is different and leads on it's true
to turn the page and see what's waiting for you
sometimes the lines are filled with fear
enough indeed to bring about many a tear
then on the next page a moment of hope
each page is like walking on a tight rope . . .
