Gibraltar

Gibraltar Airport is still formally designated as RAF Gibraltar. Calypso Travel's Olympian G59681 heads from the frontier towards town along Winston Churchill Avenue, which crosses the airport runway. The town at the far side of the runway & the frontier is La Linea de Concepcion, Spain. This bit of Spain has developed greatly in recent times and is hugely dependant on the Gibraltar economy. Gibraltar Bus Co's depot is visible on the left side of the road beyond the runway.
