The arch is wide enough for walking on it, but I didn't. The White Rim road continues from right to left. From this point on you need to have a jeep or something similar.

Looking it from the side, there a point where it is quite thin. On the left of the red rocks behing the bridge, you can see how those rocky pillars are forming under the erosion of the water.
