Taula, in ruins of Talayotic civilization.
Centuries before Christ, within Talayotic civilization, corpses were disposed on top of taulas for complete decomposition. When nothing but the skeleton and some skin was left, they were removed and buried in funerary chambers. Seen at Torralba d'en Salord, interior south of Menorca.
