hm, .. it's too complicated for me to answer in French.

It's not a control. It's a means of bringing people closer to the life of the crows. Crows have a bad reputation in society, and wrongly so. It would only be control if the birds knew about it. And an invasion of privacy can't be spoken of in birds, can it?

But as you can see in the Webcam the crows don't seem disturbed at all.
