ΠΣ-3854, one of the three remaining ambulances of the Hellenic Fire Service, supporting operations at the site of an LPG explosion at Victoria Square. This is one of the 12 Volkswagen Transporter (4x4) donated to the Hellenic Fire Service in 2009 by the Union of Greek Shipowners . Nine of these ambulances were confiscated in 2015 by the communist Greek Government and transfered to EKAB. (DSCN0579)

This is an IVECO Trakker 410 with a capacity of 10 tonnes of water and 500 litres of foam agent, donated to the Hellenic Fire Service by I. Latsis Foundation.

The "Type D" engine of the second company of the 1st Fire Station of Athens next to a van destroyed by fire in Kerkyras Street.
This was a very dangerous fire because the van ran on LPG fuel; fortunately the prompt arrival of the fire brigade prevented the explosion of the fuel tank.
