Great to see a second example -- we can conclude, therefore, that this was an early version of the Velox back in Canada. The U.S. version of this has an earliest known date of Jan. 29, 1904. It seems as though they moved the logo to the left, out of the stamp box, because otherwise their brand name was being covered up by the stamp. But according to the many Velox examples in Bogdan and Weseloh's book, they never tried it again (in the U.S.).
