Kontorhaus Nr. 45:
Das Ballin-Haus ist Sitz der Reederei HAPAG-LLOYD. Es wurde erbaut ab 1900 von Martin Haller und 1921 fertiggestellt unter Fritz Höger. Er setzte neben den Altbau ein neues Gebäude und fasste beide mit der repräsentativen Fassade zusammen. Im Innern sind die Unterschiede noch zu erkennen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Gängen und Treppen. Im Bild das Nebengebäude im rückwärtigen Teil zur Ferdinandstraße.
