Thanks a lot, Sami! Very easy to make, cook in vegetable stock with whatever spices you like (cumin, coriander, ginger, cloves, cardamom...) and then blitz. Add lemon juice and top with sour cream and fresh coriander:-)

Not all of them, of course! =D But those you listed I have not usually added into such soup. Great idea! And lemon! Yes!

Oh, but I used all of them, plus some cayenne! Those spices are ingredients in many curry powders- only in shop bought curry powder they use lots of turmeric and little of the more expensive spices;-)

Herzlichen Dank, Tanja! Uralt nicht, aber einige Jahrzehnte schon- es ist eine cereal bowl, irgendwann in GB gekauft. Und die Suppe ist was Schnelles, wenn einem nach comfort food ist;-)
