Danke, poly! Nächstes Jahr um die Zeit wird wieder eines sein:-) Du musst für die Kontorhäuser allerdings werktags und alleine oder in Kleingruppe kommen. Aber Hamburg lohnt eh länger als nur 2 Tage:-)

Herzlichen Dank, Percy! Weil die meisten nur werktags auf sind und man wie z.B. hier oft auf Raucher angewiesen ist, die einen reinlassen, schafft man immer nur wenige anzuschauen. Ein Grund, wieder nach HH zu fahren;-)

This is brilliant................I love the repeating lines and shapes from the top to the bottom of the stairwell.........even though it makes me a little dizzy looking at it.

The stained glass window is very pretty and colourful too and I like the nautical theme.

Thank you so much, Keith! This house was built by a grain merchant who shipped to and from the port of Hamburg (now it's occupied by a publishing house),
I was also feeling dizzy and resorted to holding the camera over the banisters without looking down myself;-)
