Großen Dank, Lutz! Jetzt ist wieder eine Reihe NZ dran und das lohnt sich unbedingt als Reiseziel:-) Wenn nur der blöde Flug nicht wäre... Ich habe sogar schon geschaut, ob man da auch mit dem Schiff hinkommt, aber mit dem Frachter über den Pazifik macht mich doch nicht so an;-)

Thanks a lot, Carol! It looks warmer but it wasn't, after all it was spring... Winters on the West Coast must be rather trying, not because of the cold but because of the humidity. It can't be much fun if all your books and clothes get mouldy...

Herzlichen Dank, Iris! Das tatsächliche feeling lag irgendwo in der Mitte- für Bacardi zu kühl, aber Glühwein hätte auch nicht ganz gepasst. Die "Palme" ist ein cabbage tree (cordyline australis), die wächst auch, wo es Palmen zu ungemütlich wäre...
