I missed this one in HFF a couple of weeks ago, but the fence does make a good backdrop to the sculpture, which is a striking piece of art with masses of detail, which would reward many visits. There is another head divided up in a similar way on the south bank of the River Thames, in London. www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/25875057/in/album/500883
