Definitely a set of wooden "birdhouse" cutouts! That circuit is likely 2400V delta - and likely the only voltage you could get away with using these. Doubt you could even use those at 4160/2400V Y.

Two of the transformers visible are GE units while the middle may either be a GE "pocket bushing" unit or a Westinghouse transformer.

Sorry I didn't get better pics of the transformers. LA and surrounding communities like Pasadena are a mecca for old transformers and old wiring. There is a lot to see. I recommend it for anyone looking for a line safari with complex poles and setups everywhere!

David - I just verified with the DWP - these are 4800V. Pretty crazy, but neat to see!
