Built in 1900, the Gare d'Orsay was the terminus for the Chemin de fer de Paris a Orleans. This magnificent building became the Musee d'Orsay in 1986. A treasure house of art including Van Gogh, Monet, Toulouse Lautrec, Paul Gaugin & even some Pre-Raphelites.
