The little town of New Mills is a post industrial community in the High Peak area of Derbyshire. Two rivers( Goyt & Sett ), two railways and a canal converge here. Once famous for coal mining, cotton bleaching and fabric printing...today New Mills is famous for Love Hearts ( www.swizzels.com ) and Torrs Hydro - a micro hydro electric scheme.
