Niekrasów - Kościół Nawiedzenia Najświętszej Maryi Panny

Niekrasów - Kościół Nawiedzenia Najświętszej Maryi Panny
The first church was built here probably around 1120. In 1326 there was a parish priest in Niekrasów.

Around 1400 a new church was built, dedicated to the "Visitation of the Virgin Mary". Between 1536 and 1614 there was no Catholic church here, but a Calvinist parish. The existing church may have been destroyed by the Calvinists. Possibly there was a new Calvinist church later, which burned down. But this is all rather uncertain.

In 1661 the Catholic Church of the "Visitation of the Virgin Mary" was rebuilt. Restoration of the building took place in 1817-35 and the 20th century.

The church was built of larch with oak on a stone foundation. Next to the church is a detached bell tower all covered with shingles
