Wetzlar - Hauptwache

After the Congress of Vienna (1815) Wetzlar became prussian and so in 1861 the prussian armee erected the Haptwache in the center of the growing town. Later it served for about a century as the local police station. Since some decades the building hosts a nice restaurant.
