Nice - Modernisme

Not all residential buildings downtown Nice were built within the second half of the 19th century, so not all are "Belle Epoque". Early 20th century were a few lots left, where more modern structures were built. The architecture of this appartment building, with the round balconies, seems influenced by "Bauhaus"-ideas. - Though the frieze in the shadow is clearly "Belle Epoque".
