A spiderman performer outside the Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto. There was an exhibition about spiders going on in the museum, so I don't know if he was part of the show, or just taking advantage of the moment.

Well spotted and captured Andrew. I remember taking my young grandson to the circus locally and 'Spiderman' was part of the show swinging on ropes and trapeze. My grandson was mesmerised and didn't want to leave.

Thanks. His athleticism was certainly impressive! I can easily imagine that it would seem incredible to a youngster.

My four-year-old grandson asked for a Spiderman birthday cake. This is what he got.

Hi Phil,
That's an amazing cake, a real work of art!. It looks too beautiful to eat.

Thanks, Andrew. I can assure you that the cakes do get eaten and are much enjoyed.
I do a lot of model making, mainly model railways, so adding scenic elements to my wife's excellent sponge cakes is something I enjoy. It does mean that I am now on permanent call to create something for the birthdays of grandchildren who live close by. We have had a building site, a farm and a zoo in the last year or two.

That's a great story. I hope they appreciate how talented their granddad is!
