BM - Trams

A couple of other projects have involved work on the trams at Beamish Museum; specifically Blackpool 31 and Sunderland 16.

On Blackpool 31, we replaced the lower body panels. It was suspected that water ingress was causing some problems. Fortunately, what was found was not such a serious problem since it was confined to the paint and surface layer of the panels. The framework was un-affected.

Sunderland 16 also had some minor attention to the bodywork, as well as to the lettering.
