O&S(meme) - save the world

Saving the world through the principles of "degrowth" - sadly, whilst this is [probably] an admirable concept to pursue, I can't see the average, basically greedy, member of the human race agreeing to forgo their "stuff" - although they *might* pick up on something like "work / life balance" and run with that.
