Ben-my-Chree doing her pirouette in the harbour at Douglas, after which she'll back onto the linkspan on the Edward VIII pier, nearer to the camera.
Mannan often uses the linkspan on the Victoria Pier - the outside [north face] is currently occupied by "Corinthian".

I wouldn't want to do that pirouette with the new ferry, even with powerful bow-thrusters. The Manxman has a much larger side profile, just ready to catch the wind !
