MER[HI] - Car 12 at Derby Castle, 1904.
Car 12 - Cattle Car.
Parked at Derby Castle in 1904, just after rebuilding into the unique 'Cattle Car' from passenger carrying format. [but this statement is clearly contradicted by info here - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manx_Electric_Cars_10-13 ]
Another two cars were 'Sheep Trailer' cars. There were loading docks for livestock at Derby Castle, Laxey and Ramsey, allowing livestock moves between these main towns.

I will need to do some further research on this !

I know why it was scrapped : basically - carrying livestock and the cleaning required is highly destructive to wood & metalwork.
