Lady P's motor - FAB1 - from the Thunderbirds live action film released in 2004.
FAB1 has undergone a bit of a transmogrification from the original 1966 Rolls Royce derivative.
Having seen - and got inside - the 1966 version [built on a Duple/Bedford VAL coach chassis] this is close, but not the same ... In my opinion, the owners of Rolls Royce missed one really big opportunity when they refused to allow the marque's involvement with the 2004 film.
