State of the steel underframe after being power / jet washed to remove rust and other debris, which revealed sundry holes. Good job this is going to be a static exhibit.
Subsequently, the majority of the damage has had welded patches applied and the whole underframe has been painted with red oxide primer. Weather then stopped play for some time.
