Yes I think I've got a few of these. My parents would take me to the beach to collect strange things there, and I found a few of these.

I admit I didn’t know about this. At first I thought it was some kind of mushroom so I intended to ask what kind it was and whether it was edible, to look for it since I am otherwise a mushroom collector. I could not find the desert rose by chance, because I am far from the sea and the ocean. By the way, congratulations on saving all these years because, who knows if I would ever find out about this.
