Explored - Räuber auf dem Nachbardach

This gorgeous fellow sat on the rooftop of our neighbour's house. Before s/he went there, however, s/he sat on our very own balcony rail! :-)))

I'm not sure what s/he is - a common buzzard (buteo buteo, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_buzzard ), or a juvenile goshawk (accipiter gentilis, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_goshawk ). Someone at Flickr told me it's a buzzard.
