the very elegant galleried hall of palazzo Doria Tursi (or Palazzo Niccolò Grimaldi)
Genova - Liguria - Italy

Questo è il cortile interno di fronte all'entrata, circondato da bellissime gallerie, del palazzo comunale genovese, fatto costruire da Niccolò Grimaldi a partire dal 1565 e poi acquisito da Andrea Doria per il figlio, duca di Tursi, a cui si deve l'attuale nome.
Fu inserito il 13 luglio del 2006 nella lista tra i 42 palazzi iscritti ai Rolli di Genova, divenuti in tale data Patrimonio dell'umanità dell'UNESCO. L'edificio è sede del Comune di Genova e fa parte del polo museale della città.
