Fantrainer
Sounds like some over the top 'Elf n Safety instruction manual.
A two seat trainer with ducted fan propulsion, built by Rhein-Flugzaubau in the late 70s. Just 50 aircraft were built, of which the majority were manufactured under licence in Thailand, for use by the Royal Thai Air Force.
This example is Fantrainer 600, 40226, preserved at the RTAF Museum near Bangkok.
