I think, the shunter is a Krauss-Maffei ML 440 C. de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krauss-Maffei_ML_440_C or Krauss-Maffei ML 500 C de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krauss-Maffei_ML_500_C The locomotives look similar.
