Deep in the Dove Valley south of Alstonefield where Lode Lane & The Pinch meet the sun finds it difficult to penetrate and the frost lingers all day.

The house must be cold and damp. it is very close to the river so i am thinking that they would be worried to stay there after hear the news about the flooding around Manchester.
But it is a nice and elegant picture!
